Ho creduto in questa app dalla prima volta che l’ho vista in un sito di crowdfunding e sono ancora convinto che sia quanto di più innovativo esista per risolvere molti problemi di memoria. Sono il primo a dire di avere una memoria pessima e sono da sempre alla ricerca di strumenti che mi possano aiutare. Ho fatto corsi, letto libri e ricercato soluzioni ovunque. Quest’app non solo racchiude tutte le tecniche che ho trovato nel mio percorso di ricerca, ma le rende pratiche e immediatamente utilizzabili e sempre disponibili ovunque perché in un’app dello smartphone, quindi sempre con noi.
Unica accortezza, seguire le lezioni e FARE gli esercizi, del resto, la formazione è sapientemente e semplicemente microdosata per un facile apprendimento.

Even though I'm just starting out, I'm really enjoying this application. It's rare to find educational apps done this well. If there was translation into multiple languages ​​it would be the best but I understand that in this case the translation is particularly complex and an expert linguist is needed. Lower the price a little, please.

Super dodgy subscription/pricing strategy

The app isn’t bad per se, but their subscription is just bad business practice and borderline scam. 3 days into a week trial which i paid 5 euro for (which is fair) i received a reminder that my 149,99 euro yearly subscription was due to be charged in 4 days. i NEVER subscribed to anything like this, i bought a trial to check it out and would then explore the options. The profile section didn’t have any way to manage this subscription, i was lucky i paid for the trial with PayPal and could cancel from there, but Reddit is full of people who paid for the trial with their credit card and couldn’t cancel on their own.

Please note that we cannot charge you without letting you know what you are signing up for, prior to making the payment and signing up for a premium subscription plan, we clearly state how much you will be charged. Moreover, apart from providing users with needed refunds if they request it, we send out multiple reminders before you are charged so you can be reminded of such things. We value transparency and assistance the most, it is hurtful to hear such false accusations. It is easy to cancel after you start your trial, so you are not charged. We will share more information below.

Within the memoryOS app, you can log into the app using the email associated with your subscription. Go to the 👤 'Profile' section. Tap on 'Current Plan >,' where you'll find the option to cancel or manage your plan at the bottom. If, for some reason, you still cannot do this, reach out to us asap. Our intention is to help where needed and, most importantly, provide the best memory-enhancement experience.

For those exploring the app, we offer a robust freemium version that provides access to many lessons, videos, one-tap tasks, and Virtual Mind Palaces, which provide plenty to get a feel for the app without paying for a plan.
