Description
Microsoft Lens trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and documents readable.
You can use Microsoft Lens to convert images to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files, digitize printed or handwritten text, and save to OneNote, OneDrive, or your local device. You can even import images that are already on your device using Gallery.
PRODUCTIVITY AT WORK
• Scan and upload all your notes, receipts, and documents
• Capture whiteboard at end of the meeting to keep those action items on track
• Scan printed text or handwritten meeting notes to edit and share later
• Keep your business networking contacts handy by scanning business cards and saving them to your contact list
• Choose to save as PDF, Image, Word or PowerPoint formats into OneNote, OneDrive, or local device as location
PRODUCTIVITY AT SCHOOL
• Scan classroom handouts and annotate them in Word and OneNote

Ottima
Particolarmente adatto a chi ha a che fare ogni giorno con documenti da scannerizzare. Da definirsi uno scanner portatile. Estrema facilità di invio file su altre periferiche o ad altre persone.
Pratica sia la funzione documento (adatta a fogli) e la funzione lavagna (permette il faticoso inseguimento di scrittura tra chi spiega e chi ascolta)
C'è stata un 'involuzione
Sono sempre stato un entusiasta di questa app utilissima, ma nelle ultime versioni c'è stata a mio parere una involuzione. Spero ci sia un ritorno indietro sui seguenti punti:
- non è più possibile zoomare mentre si ritaglia la pagina dopo averla fotografata, questa è una limitazione per me molto grave perché è difficile fare un lavoro di precisione;
- non è neanche possibile ruotare, anche se si può fare dopo (è più scomodo);
- se si scansionano pagine multiple per salvare un documento, adesso bisogna prima cancellate quelle precedenti, altrimenti le mette tutte insieme!
Per favore, correggete queste limitazioni!
Suggerimenti
A mio avviso potrebbe essere migliorata con:
• strumento di ritaglio con maniglie più grandi per consentire un posizionamento più preciso dei margini della selezione. L’ideale sarebbe se tali maniglie avessero una funzione “lente di ingrandimento” locale per ulteriormente facilitare l’azione;
• possibilità di apporre una firma ai documenti acquisiti.
