Scam - You do not ever reply to your customers inquiries.
I am receiving car tickets to pay constantly and this ever happened before with other car sharing service.
I drive and park always in the same way.
Furthermore you charged me 39 € which is I think a max fee for a day. I actually had ended my ride but your system managed to think I parked and locked the car temporarily.
I wrote you and you never replied.
I am seriously thinking not to use your service anymore.

Hi, to make sure that rentals don't continue unintentionally for several days, we send out messages to remind you of your current rental after long periods in parking mode.
