every time there is something that doesn’t work
You can’t relay on it, every time there is something that doesn’t work, sometimes the drivers are 15 minutes early, sometimes it’s 20 minutes late, and the app send you the delay notification really late so it is useless, if it would work it would be a really good service, but it doesn’t properly, if you have problems neither the drivers neither the call centre answer, or you have to wait for 10 minutes or more. And they even charge you 1£ if they are not on time because the app doesn’t work.
