No recognizing my email for my digital subscription

I’ve digital subscriptions for all Hi-Torque mags and I have no problem to access and download previous and current issues of others mags.
For MXA the app doesn’t recognize my email, it says not valid sò o can’t download any issues, previous or current.
I sent an email to support, waiting for some news about the problem.
