The worst customer service!

if you have problems with your internet or sim you need internet for report the problem! no customer service, after they call back when they want.. and solve nothing.. I have a fiber optic that go away near every day and is 10% of the speed of the contract.. and a sim card that have phone calls that I don't make.. is impossible to speak with someone when you need and who call back need to speak to OTHER people that have to call back.. in 5 months I solved nothing!! also they give your number to others and you start receiving strange messages on iMessage... Never use this company!
