Access the details of each bonus to get all the information you need.

Oggi ho avuto modo di provare per la prima volta il servizio. La consulente mi ha seguita con molta professionalità e cortesia, chiarendo nel corso della videochiamata tutti i miei dubbi.
Il servizio è molto utile per chi ha impegni o, per altre ragioni, è impossibilitato a recarsi presso un CAF fisico, grazie alla disponibilità telefonica dei consulenti, anche al di fuori dei consueti orari d’ufficio.
Personalmente sono molto soddisfatta e sono certa che mi rivolgerò nuovamente a loro in futuro, quando avrò necessità di un servizio professionale, comodo, ad un costo assolutamente accessibile!

SERVIZIO INECCEPIBILE
Avevo qualche difficoltà per un bonus che avevo richiesto nel mio comune di appartenenza e non riuscivo ad accedere mi sono rivolta al servizio e sono stati veramente ineccepibili addirittura ho potuto usufruire di una chiamata dove mi veniva spiegato come procedere. Perfetti direi

IOS NON FUNZIONA
Subito dopo aver inserito i dati, rimane bloccato su una pubblicità in cui il tasto x non funziona. Se volessi fare la versione pro il tasto non funziona

Buongiorno, gli annunci pubblicitari sono serviti da Google quindi il problema (comunque mai riscontrato da nessuno) del tasto x non funzionante non è un bug della nostra app ma eventualmente di Google. Per quanto riguarda il problema del tasto per la versione pro non funzionante le chiedo cortesemente di contattare l'assistenza dettagliando l'anomalia riscontrata in modo che possa essere analizzata.
