Underwhelming
This app does a tenth of what it claims to do. The instant hair analysis is grossly inaccurate and suggests the same products regardless of the results. I couldn't save my hair care questionnaire (I was asked to complete it every time I checked my profile), and the consultation tool doesn’t seem to work. I’m afraid the latter two issues could be due to me living outside the US. If that’s the case, it should be stated that the app won’t work for international users.
