Added tutorial for the ByteWorld Run with Crazy Ivan!
Revised existing maps for ByteWorld Run:
- Removed black holes
- Removed annoying obstacles
- Added more shortcuts on the maps.
Now all Nanobytes that are in the ByteWorld Run are available to all
