NeoLight allows you to see who's calling at the door of your house; you can answer, open the door or the driveway gate, record photos / videos from the call panel or CCTV cameras on your device.
It's even possible to see the camera of the door panel from the app without receiving a call and to check other CCTV cameras connected to the installation as well.
The app gives also an indication of the unanswered calls on which you didn't answer with indication of date, time and visitor's picture of each call.
All these function can be added to your video door phone without changing it and without changing the building door phone system; it's enough to add our IP/WiFi NeoBox device in your apartment and to install the app on the smartphone.
For a correct operation it's necessary an internet connection. The link with the router can be Wi-Fi or with a LAN cable if the WiFi coverage is not possible.
Main features of the NeoLight APP:
• push notifications of incoming calls;
• an indication of the unanswered calls on which you didn't answer with indication of date, time and visitor's picture of each call.
• video call from a visitor;
• communication with the visitor, open the door or the driveway gate;
• to record photos / videos from the call panel or cameras on your smartphone;

• to switch the resolution of SD / HD in case of poor connection;

Problemi di connessione
L’app ha grandi problemi di connessione, una volta sincronizzata col dispositivo funziona per poco tempo, poi va in modalità offline e bisogna re installare tutto da capo. Rende pertanto difficile l’utilizzo dei prodotti acquistati da associare a questa applicazione, pessima scelta direi.
Problemi su problemi
Dopo qualche giorno l’app da dispositivo offline senza motivo. App ASSOLUTAMENTE E GRAVEMENTE INSUFFICIENTE e PRODOTTO NON CONFORME in quanto se mi svanisce la possibilità di usare il prodotto da remoto il prodotto non è idoneo per il mio scopo. MALE MALE MALE.
