Designed for iDevices, Netac iDisk App is a file management tool used with Netac U650 USB flash drive. As well as data interaction between Apple's mobile devices and Netac U650 USB flash drive, it makes file encryption and decryption easier. Key features include browsing pictures and documents; playing music and video; file upload and download; recording and camera; document encryption and decryption.

Needs improvements

This app seriously needs some major improvements, like:
- you MUST implement the "Open in..." option when opening files! Every decent modern app has got it. It's even more crucial for an app type like this, whose main scope is managing/moving files back an forth from/to iOS devices. With this function missing, the only usable files are the ones that this app natively recognizes and opens, which is not much.
- the embedded video player does work, but it is way too simple and limited, and lacks options compared to any other decent video player
- copying videos needs a rework: for example, I can copy a .MOV file to my internal iOS Photo-Video Album, but if I try the same with an .AVI file I just can't do it, although both file types are recognized and read by the Album.
- the translation to Italian is really, really poor... I wish there just was the english language available, instead of suffering such a mysery! Sometimes I don't even understand what commands are for, or what popup messages are trying to tell me!!!

On the bright side: although very limited, the available functions do their job. That's why I gave it 2 stars.

To sum up: the app definitely needs to "grow up", but at least I can see the potential. I hope developers make a small effort and take care of it! If only the app had the "Open in..." function and decent translations, it would deserve 5 stars hands down!
