North Idaho Parade of Homes 4+

The NIBCA Parade of Homes showcases new homes for 2 weekends in September. The dates for the 2023 Parade of Homes are September 16th & 17th, and the following weekend September 22nd through 24th. This year, we are also showcasing new homes from the Sandpoint area as a third weekend, running September 30th & October 1st. The event allows those in our community a unique opportunity to tour new homes in all price ranges, search for professional builders, and gives the ability to discuss your ideas with experts that can help you build your dream home.

The North Idaho Building Contractors Association, Inc. is dedicated to protecting and promoting the building industry for the benefit of community members. The Association will continue to be an industry resource and remain actively involved with area organizations to balance economic, environmental, and legislative issues and to create a better understanding of the value and importance of the building industry in North Idaho.
