Ordefy lets you receive orders, delivery tasks and service requests from your customers.
You can manage your business using an easy to use yet powerful admin/business owner dashboard, manager apps and delivery agent apps.
The delivery agent can receive instant Pickup and Delivery Tasks requests.
As a delivery agent, you will be able to -
- Receive Task requests
- View Tasks as the List or the Map view
- Get the fastest possible route with all the Pickup and Delivery locations
- Add notes, images, and signatures as the proof of delivery
- Update Task status to notify customer and manager throughout the delivery Task
- View Payments information for Cash on Delivery orders
- Contact customers overcall
