Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

Application closing after update

Aslamoalikum
I’m living abroad and facing problems in Pakistan sometimes. To solve our issue we use this application but after last update there is a issue in application. As soon we open right after pak Government logo appears application close automatically. Please resolve issue.

App Crashing

Whenever I open the App, I receive a pop-up message saying to update profile but when I click the Update Profile button the App crashes.

Closing

The app closes very shortly. please solve this issue.
