Allow you to manage 24-hour centralized control over your indoor air quality.
Panasonic Comfort Cloud allows you to control and monitor your Panasonic air conditioning and ventilation units from anywhere using your smartphone.
Panasonic Comfort Cloud provides a comfortable and high quality living space.
The automatic log-in period has been extended to 6 months. You will need to log in again for security reasons if the application has not been in use for more than 6 months.
The ventilation system can only be used in the following 4 countries.

• Main Features:
- Remotely control your air conditioning and ventilation units
- Purifies your home/workspaces with Panasonic's unique nanoe™X technology
- You can choose different modes for the ideal indoor environment
- Check simulation result of nanoe™ X concentration on your mobile screen
- Turn nanoe™ on or off easily with One-touch nanoe™ button on the main screen
- Cool or heat your home/workspaces before arriving
- You can adjust Fan Speed & Air Swing
- You can set-up a Weekly Timer (up to 6 operations for each day of the week)
(Can connect up to 200 units in total with this App)
- Turn on or off all air conditioning units and ventilation units at once by each group
- Connectable up to 20 units per each group
- Maximum 10 groups can be created
• MONITOR:
- View and monitor your air conditioning statistics (indoor/outdoor temperature, energy consumption graphs, etc.)
- View and monitor the ventilation statistics (indoor temperature, humidity, CO2, PM2.5, etc.)
• FILTER INFORMATION:
- You will receive a notification when it is time to clean or replace the ventilation units’ filter to ensure comfortable air quality
• ALERT MESSAGES:
- You will receive a notification along with an error code when an error occurs

Applicazione da migliorare la programmazione del timer
Andremmo migliorata la programmazione del timer, dando la possibilità di programmare l, accensione e lo spegnimento direttamente sulla schermata del singolo climatizzatore.
Pessima Lenta… fuori dai tempi moderni nulla che cambia del 2022..
L’app è utile ma interfaccia e UE sono da svecchiare!… Incredibile che nel 2022 i comandi dati non vengano accettati in background: ogni volta che si clicka appare una grigia finestra pop-up che non scompare finché il comando non è stato inviato… è molto fastidiosa e se si esce dall’app prima che questa finestra venga chiusa c’è il rischio che il comando non venga accettato! Idem quando si accede all’app appare l’ultima schermata aperta in precedenza che non coincide con lo stato reale! Occorre aspettare che si aggiorni per poter dare comandi! Su Panasonic spendili due soldi e riprogetta quest’App che inizia ad essere vecchiotta… - Suggerimento: inserirei un comando rapido per impostare all’occorrenza un auto-spegnimento. Se vado a letto e voglio accendere per 1 ora il clima in modo tale che si spenga da solo, ora devo per forza programmare il calendario settimanale! Ma dai! - (Dettaglio estetico da grafico… il logo Panasonic all’avvio è strecciato!!! Che fastidio!).
Molte volte non invia le impostazioni
Quando spengo o accendo le unità interne i comandi vengono inviati, ma non vengono recepiti dallunita stessa. Nell’applicazione sembra tutto ok, ma una volta che rientro nella stessa, scopro che le unità non si sono accese o spente o non hanno le impostazioni volute. Questo è particolarmente fastidioso speciale quando sono fuori e non posso percepire cosa fanno i condizionatori. Ogni tanto esce un errore numerico che non si capisce a cosa fa riferimento.
