iam indonesian lives in Italia.
its not efficient that you have to submitted the document one by one and waiting for approval minimum 5 working days. so in total you need 15/18 working days to upload your vaccine (3 times vaccine x by (MIN. 5 working days). lots of friends here waiting for 2-3 weeks to be approved for only 1st vaccine. so you need 3 month to be approved??

2. there are so many bugs. the most annoying bugs is i input my first vaccine which is in june 2021 and the second one july 2021 the difference is more than 30 days. and i cant submit that because it says “ 2nd vaccine date is not allowed less than or equal with the first one” . i checked more than 10 times, redo the process, even upgrade the app to the newest one. but there are no difference. then i dont know what should i do. i will print this and show to the immigration staff when i arrived in indonesia.

i hope the developer see this. and if you can probaby see our neighboor app “MYSEJAHTERA” theirs its more make sense, so much efficient, no bug, and only 20MB ☺️

The application is full of bugs. It is not possible to upload the European GREEN pass for Covid 19 with all the vaccinations made (I have got 4 times the vaccine) because is asking to load one by one each of them. In this moment I have only the European Green pass that is valid where are reported the four vaccines, and not the old ones that are expired and no more valid and I cannot download them anymore. I am no sure if I can go or not to Indonesia even if fully vaccinated. Any alternative way that will not involve this app that doesn’t work?!?

Hello, I'm Italian and I had the covid in October 2020. In October 2021 I had the dose of vaccine that allows me to complete the vaccination cycle by having only one dose, as having already had the disease, only one dose was needed to complete the vaccination cycle. I have attached the first positive swab and the document of the vaccine carried out, and as of today, 5 days have passed I am still waiting for an answer.
