The Personal Goal app helps you track your goals and enable you to remain focused on achieving them. By scheduling alerts, you will be reminded of your goals and the steps required to accomplish them.

A personal goal is an opportunity for you to define a specific, measurable and attainable outcome. This goal may be to change an undesirable trait, accomplish a goal, or make an improvement in your life.

The most common reason for not reaching a goal is not documenting them and tracking progress to their completion.

The Personal Goal app also lets you set up sub-goals. This allows you to break down your goal into manageable steps. This app enables you to track your progress for each sub-goal and encourages you to reach your overall goal.
