Come si cambia la password?

Improvvisamente non funziona più la password, non si capisce come si può ripristinare o cambiare la password

Ho messo delle foto dentro quest'app, foto molto importanti, ma dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento l'applicazione come faccio per aprire le foto crasha e si chiude, e non riesco nemmeno a recuperare le foto ! RISOLVETE !
