L’app è fatta davvero benissimo! Mi ha sorpreso in ogni suo aspetto! Comprando la versione completa ci sono un sacco di funzioni molto utili, ma anche la versione base è già buona per un inizio!
La consiglio assolutamente!

Ho scelto di iniziare la prova gratuita ai contenuti premium perché senza i quali l’app è praticamente inutile. All’istante decido di disattivare l’abbonamento per evitare di incorrere nel primo pagamento, l’app mi chiede come mai ho deciso di non abbonarmi con tanto di schermata e domande a cui rispondere.
Questa è la truffa perché ti fa credere di aver cancellato con successo l’abbonamento salvo poi 3 giorni dopo addebitarti il rinnovo.
Ho letto altre recensioni di questo tipo e lo sviluppatore si giustifica dicendo che bisognerebbe disdire dall’apple ID e allora perché non segnalarlo o per lo meno non far intendere di aver disdetto l’abbonamento con successo quando in realtà ciò non è accaduto.
La verità è che quest’app sfrutta la pubblicità per far avvicinare nuovi utenti i quali si accorgono subito di non poter fare nulla senza l’abbonamento premium, sfruttano il free trial, lo disdicono dall’app rassicurati dal fatto che sia andato a buon fine per poi avere una brutta sorpresa tre giorni dopo.
Io sono stato più fortunato di altri perché mi hanno addebitato “solo” 5,99€ ma vedo anche di cifre ben più importanti.
Adesso dovrei aver portato a termine la disdetta spero di non avere brutte sorprese tra 7 giorni.

A 48 ore dal termine del periodo di prova, decido di annullare, per paura di dimenticarmi della sottoscrizione e subire addebiti indesiderati. Accedo dall’App, ti lasciano intendere di poter procedere per annullare l'iscrizione, con tanto di domande del tipo:”come mai hai abbandonato il nostro servizio?” Oppure “se il prezzo era troppo alto possiamo farti uno sconto”.
Sembra essere andato tutto a buon fine, salvo che poi, stamattina, mi sono stati addebitati €32,99!! In sostanza, ti dicono che non hai annullato nulla (se non facendolo direttamente dalle impostazioni dell'iPhone) e ti suggeriscono di guardare il lato positivo e provare i loro contenuti ormai che li hai pagati.
TOTALMENTE DISONESTI! TRUFFA!!!
