The Project Management Institute (PMI®) offers the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential which is the most important, industry-recognized certification worldwide for project managers. In order to apply for the PMP test, you need to have:
• A certificate or a proof that you are an experienced project manager who is looking forward to solidifying skills in the area of project management.
• A high school or equivalent degree with at least 5 years work experience in project management consisting of 7500 hours of managing and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
OR
• A bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience with 4500 hours spent on directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

Buona per preparazione preliminare

Ho da poco preso la certificazione preparandomi per gran parte sulle varie app e devo dire che questa è un ottimo strumento, soprattutto per gli inizi. Contiene tante domande e ha la funzione di registrare le domande che si sbagliano per ripeterle in seguito in una sezione dedicata. Le domande divise per categorie aiutano a prepararsi e vanno bene soprattutto per un’infarinatura iniziale.. La modalità espositiva e logica è però molto diversa da quello che si ritrova all esame.. altro aspetto da migliorare e la generazione delle domande, che è sempre invariato.. quindi quando ripeti quella sezione troverai sempre le stesse domande in ordine e non vengono proposte prima quelle a cui non hai ancora risposto..
