Buona ma é necessaria la possibilita di inviare documenti/immagini ecc in chat, inoltre sarebbe utile la possibilitá di poterle cancellare. Videochiamate ottime, e programmazione del calendario fantastica.
App utile per apprendere ma…
Nonostante la mia esperienza sia positiva in termini di apprendimento, devo segnalare un’anomalia. Ho utilizzato il link per presentare ad un’amica l’app. Lei lo ha utilizzato davanti ai miei occhi, ha fatto una lezione di prova con la mia stessa tutor e poi ha acquistato le ore. La promo prevedeva che io ricevessi circa 27€ di sconto sull’acquisto di un pacchetto di ore. Non solo non mi è arrivato, ma contattando il servizio clienti mi è stato detto che la prossima volta devo far usare bene il link di sconto. Cosa che ho fatto.
Caro staff Preply, il risultato è che io continuerò a studiare sulla vostra app, ma non condividerò mai più la mia esperienza, non aiuterò più nessun potenziale cliente con consigli sulla creazione dell’account e la scelta dei tutor e così, per 27€ di sconto che anche fornendo la mail della mia amica non mi avete dato, ci rimettete voi.
Spero che possiate recuperare in qualche modo, perché oltre al danno mi sono anche sentito dire che devo fare più attenzione: questo è il vostro concetto di assistenza? Se così fosse sono estremamente deluso.
Troppo essenziale
Nella parte di messaggistica, non permette di accedere alle informazioni fornite dallo studente (seconde lingue e motivazione ad es), non si possono inviare documenti o modificare/cancellare messaggi. La cosa più grave però è che non mostra i file che gli studenti inviano! Come risultato si generano molte incomprensioni. Inoltre la sezione del calendario non si carica, per non so quale motivo. Decisamente troppo semplificata.
Migliorabile, aggiungendo almeno alcune delle features della chat in versione web.
