Very poor customer care
Very poor knowledge of customer care. I transferred one week back till now my money is not transferred . When ever I ask any give some senior manager number to talk no response . It’s unfortunate that I tranferred with your app . I need my money back at the earliest
I need my money back .. I have transfer through other money transfer apps, I am able to transfer the money to same account .. you are simply blaming on receiver bank and no one is there to answer my call or to answer my issue . Who is the nodal agency or manager .. who is the responsible person to attend the issue .. I messaged so many times but no one is either call or give nodal officer number .. how to trust your app

Dear Ranganath,
We do understand your concerns about your transaction.
However, we would like to note that in some cases chosen payment methods or banks’ internal rules can affect the transfer delivery time. In this case, we have to wait for your transfer to be finalised.
Please note that you will receive the receipt upon completing the transaction via email.
In case your transfer is declined our system will automatically initiate a reversal operation to return your funds to their original source. Meanwhile, you are welcome to track the status of your transaction in your account as well.
