We are sorry to hear that the app is not up to your expectations.
Please try the app again by closely following the instructions given in the app while taking the picture. It asks for the phone camera to be at arm's length and you looking at the phone camera. This will give you more accurate and consistent results. You may also ask for assistance from a friend to take the picture for ease of use.

You can use the back camera on your iPhone to take the photo. Simply, tap the flip camera icon on the top right of the screen to switch to back camera.
