Welcome to the new My QFF experience. We’ve been listening to your feedback and made several improvements:

• A new look and feel for easier navigation and membership management.
• New activity snapshot displaying your points balance and status credits.
• New quick links for easy access to check your travel credits, use our calculators and find ways to earn and use points.
• Inclusion of your Membership year to monitor expiry.
• Updated trackers for Status Credits and Points Club to help you reach your next tier.
• An overview of the number of Complimentary Lounge Invitations you have available for linking or transfer.

FF Card in wallet

Very well done, clear and useful app. Just one request of improvement...please make the FF membership card available in Apple Wallet. Thanks!

Very basic

The new version is very basic,
aesthetically banal and more importantly, the "my trip" section does not function and crushes the whole app.
