–2 Workouts mit 27 Minuten oder 41 Minuten Trainingszeit,
–Sehr detaillierte Übungsanweisungen,
–Hintergrundinfos zur Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin, und noch einiges mehr.
Die Übungen sind für jedes Alter und jeden Fitnesslevel geeignet.
Dieser Videokurs kann auch ohne den „Modernen Qi Gong Kurs 1“ problemlos absolviert werden. Die zwei Teile bauen nicht aufeinander auf, ergänzen sich aber.
Einfach besser leben ist als YouTube Kanal gestartet. Durch das viele positive Feedback, das wir bekommen haben, sind wir motiviert, uns mit euch zu einer Fitness und Lifestyle Community weiterzuentwickeln.
