Dopo l’installazione dell’ultima release
L’app mi chiede di entrare di nuovo nell’account ma non riesco ad entrarci
Metto la mia e-mail e quando inserisco la password non si attiva il pulsante rimane grigio
Adesso non posso più chattare ma nemmeno usare più il costoso device e questo non va bene! Delusione e rabbia!
Spero che questa app diventi più affidabile

Worst UX app ever

Never seen an app with so many issues in using it. Login form does not work or it resets if you erroneously tap anywhere outside the fieldds, 50s to reset and change password you can easily run out of time considering you also must receive an email … once inside it is a total messy interface and you won’t be able to do what you want since tapping in the wrong places makes worst. These guys can do hardware but not software and this results in a waste of money at the end.

Smash the box or stay locked forever

App logged me out and now it’s impossible to retrieve the details of my account. The “forgot password” option crashes and closes the app. A hammer to open the box is less annoying.
