- A QNAP NAS running QTS 4.3.5 or later and Qsync Central

- Qsync Lite has been replaced with a new app, Qsync Pro.
[Key Features]
- New user interface design.
- Pair folders on your NAS with folders on your mobile device with the Manage Paired Folders feature.
- View the connection details of your synchronized mobile device and NAS on the Overview screen.
- View the synchronization status of files on your mobile device on the Background Tasks screen.
- View files that have been successfully synchronized on the File Update Center screen.
- Specify file extensions that you want to exclude during synchronization with the Filter Settings feature.

- Due to the integration of Qsync Pro mobile app's sync function into Qfile Pro, Qsync Pro will only receive security updates starting from 2024/6/30. You can continue using Qsync Pro, however QNAP cannot guarantee its compatibility with future versions of Qsync Central.

Se non si compra un nuovo modello non funziona
Non credo sia giusto per chi come me ha un modello datato e non possa usare questa funzione mentre le altre funzionano e anche bene.
In pratica chiede l’aggiornamento del firmware del NAS che essendo datato non può essere aggiornato.
Ok va bene.. ma perché le altre funzionano e questa mo?
Al limite si poteva mantenere la vecchia versione con chi ha il Nas datato e non creavi problemi…
Il resto per come lo uso io va bene ma questa cosa qui 😡😡
Non é compatibile con i vecchi qnap
Non funziona con le versioni obsolete del QTS ( sistema operativo del NAS)… peccato che su alcuni modelli come il mio non é possibile fare l’aggiornamento del QTS perché il NAS é datato. Assurda questa scelta … qnap offre sistemi proprietari, con falle di sicurezza ormai ben note, impossibilità di installare un sistema alternativo … con questi mezzi ti obbligano a comprare un nuovo NAS quando decidono loro.
A sad joke - UPDATED
You cannot sync the Qsync folder as a whole.
I mean, you can, but the app will never actually do that.
I am satisfied with other iOS apps from qnap, but this one is a disaster!
The sync process is cumbersome with undocumented (e.g. ssl, background sync auth.) errors.
QNAP Support confirms there is NO INTEGRATION with iOS files.
You can see the toggle in the app, but it does not work.
So this app is mostly useless in the 21st century.
Install owncloud if your NAS supports it. If it does not... thank QNAP.
