Some performance improvements

The Edit Student screen now has up to four customizable learner characteristics such as IEP and ELL which are color coded and will be shown on the group screen. This will allow the option for more purposeful grouping of students. There is now a heterogeneous group option which will place students in different groups when possible.

A new hand icon shows if a student or group is available to be called or is absent or been called already. Tap the icon for specific options.

Fixed a bug with connecting to Dropbox and restoring iCloud backups
