Versione 1.4.1

RealityScan 1.4.1 is now available.

What’s New:
- Standalone slides open automatically once
- Double-tap to zoom in Set Area/Crop mode
- Removed Cancel button from Set Area screen

Bugs Fixed:

- Usability issues with Crop tool edge markers.

- Auto-capture not stopping when switching views
- Update Preview Mode' button appears even if no change has been done to model

Known Bugs:

- Preview model is not generated.
- Projects are stuck on Submitting to Sketchfab.
Workaround: Kill and restart the App

Unable to login and upload the model

Since Reality Scan launched i have never been able to properly login with sketchfab and upload my 3D scan. I really want to use this app for when i can't really bring my camera and equipment for scans but i have never been able to use it at all.

Useless

Scans are very poor unless lighting conditions are perfect. I can get faster results if I model the object from scatch instead of having to clean and correct these scans.
But the most useless thing is the fact that the model can only be uploaded to Sketchfab. I want to be able to save it locally to do what I want with it, I don’t even have a Sketchfab account.

You can export an fbx of your model from Sketchfab and use it as you see fit.
