Find the wellness package that best fits your personal journey. You can choose to ReBuild your strength with an ever expanding library of workouts or customize your experience with multiple tiers of one on one training options. Choose your trainer and your program will be customized after your one on one intake. You will be able to log your food and water in-take. Add your fitness tracking device to manage your daily activity and see real time metrics. Everything that can contribute to reaching your fitness goals will be captured and stored in one place. Message your coach in real time or schedule a video call within the parameters of the tier.


Through the ReGain system you will have the support you deserve to maintain your fitness goals and be able to ReFocus on how food fuels your body’s needs. Our RDH of Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach is available to support clients emotional eating habits as well as empower them to make sustainable changes towards wellness.


What makes the Regain system truly unique is access to an Integrative Health Practitioner. In order to ReBalance your microbiome our IHP L2 can determine the effects of environmental toxins, hormonal imbalances and digestive issues to name a few. Poor sleep, brain fog and poor gut health are just a few of the issues that can prohibit you from achieving your fitness goals.

Note regarding Apple Health:

The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.

App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.

Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.
