Un piccolo passo per la felicità

Remente in pochissimi giorni è diventata una delle mie app preferite
Permette di creare in generale obiettivi che vogliamo raggiungere nella nostra vita, anche i più astratti e lontani; chiede poi di pianificare le azioni concrete da fare prima o poi necessarie per raggiungerlo. Ogni giorno ti chiede di pianificare la tua giornata inserendo cosa di quelle azioni puoi svolgere in quella giornata per fare un piccolo ma significativo passo verso il GOAL! Questo permette di riuscire realmente a fare quel piccolo passo e non rimandare sempre perché troppo difficile, perché abbiamo spezzettato il nostro obiettivo astratto in tanti piccoli pezzettini che quotidianamente possiamo affrontare e superare, facendo REALMENTE un passo avanti concreto verso i nostri obiettivi ogni giorno. È super motivante, dà carica, alimenta il senso di autoefficacia, ti dà la sensazione di avere davvero potete nella tua vita e di non essere più così tanto sopraffatto dagli impegni
Segnala l’avanzamento dei nostri progressi verso l’obiettivo tramite una storyline, tramite percentuali di completamento etc molto motivanti
Offre una gamma di spunti per nuovi obiettivi
Dà la possibilità di segnare ogni giorno la nostra sensazione riguardo gli otto ambiti della vita più influenti nella vita di tutti noi (amore, amicizia, lavoro e carriera, sport e salute etc): segnando cosa va bene e cosa non va bene abbiamo la possibilità di renderlo concreto e capire realmente cosa non va... e cambiarlo!
Dà la possibilità di segnare ogni giorno il nostro umore e perché ci sentiamo così.. segnare ogni giorno ciò di cui siamo grati e quanti realmente sono i giorni in cui siamo felici ci permette di realizzare che i giorni brutti in realtà sono una parte marginale della nostra vita e non la nostra quotidianità (come è normale che siamo portati ad essere, l’evoluzione ci ha resi più sensibili al negativo che al positivo perché il negativo è ciò che minaccia la nostra sopravvivenza, non il positivo)
