I downloaded the app and I tried sending money to Nigeria (I tested it with a huge amount) Though the first was a little bit slow but for the second and the rest was reli fast(5min) I will recommend to my friend nd family, Surely they find it useful too. The app will need some little maintenance, and also I noticed that the app has face recognition which is magnificent and interesting, and the online and call agent are all amazing person, they know how to talk and chat with you calmly especially when you are tensed and an agent called Norman he his a reli nice person, he replies very fast and respectful, for me I recommend 5stars for the app and it workers

I used it once to make a transaction, the receiver NEVER received the money while it shows on the system that she has. I’ve been calling, sending emails and chatting with them, not only are they slow at replying, but there’s always a long queue on the phone line. They did not want to refund me, I had to insist for like 02 weeks when they finally said they will, this was on December 30th. We are January the 17th, no money has entered my account, I got confirmation from my bank that if the refund had been issued I would have received it by now. I’m calling them and the number is no longer going through. I’m very disappointed!!! I’m talking about more than €600
