Salve,
scrivo questa ennesima e-mail per manifestare il mio disappunto! Aver pagato fior di quattrini ed avere un prodotto che presenta continui problemi di malfunzionamento e di stabilità, è molto umiliante e demoralizzante! Io UTILIZZO L’APP PER IPAD e i problemi principali che incontro sono i seguenti:
1) se scarico i download delle varie lezioni, l’app manifesta continui problemi per quanto riguarda la funzionalità e l’efficienza. Non è vero, come mi è stato detto in una vostra e-mail di risposta, che in presenza di Wi-Fi si adatta da sola, non è così! Funziona semplicemente molto male!
2) ogni volta che c’è un aggiornamento si rilevano grosso modo gli stessi problemi, per cui devo eliminare e reinstallare!
3) il riconoscimento vocale è molto impreciso. Ci sono passaggi dove, nonostante la pronuncia sia pressoché corretta, dico pressoché per non essere presuntuoso, continua imperterrita a non accettarla e fa ripetere decine di volte la stessa frase.
4 dopo gli aggiornamenti, l’opzione reimposta funziona molto male. Bisogna premere il bottone corrispondente più volte, affinché entri in azione ed effettui il ripristino alla situazione iniziale della lezione.
Per concludere, spero che, essendo almeno la decima volta che scrivo e comunico questi malfunzionamenti, vogliate provvedere in maniera definitiva e soddisfacente.

La provai diversi anni fa sul pc e non mi aveva deluso, ora che ho usufruito della promozione con tutte le lingue ne sono più che contento. Averla sia al pc che sul cellulare è l’ideale per studiare anche lontani da casa. Il metodo di full immersion mi è sempre piaciuto perché da una logica della lingua al cervello affinché noi possiamo ragionare sotto un altro profilo, diverso dalla nostra lingua madre.
Poi dopo aver finito il corso si possono affinare le conoscenze con un bel libro di grammatica o altre app che puntano sugli esercizi grammaticali.
Peccato che manchino alcune lingue che avrei trovato interessanti, ad esempio il norvegese.

Non si impara così una lingua

La filosofia del programma è apparentemente buona: un’immersione totale in una lingua straniera tramite il metodo deduttivo (vedi una foto, ascolti continuamente un suono e quindi colleghi a quella foto un concetto/vocabolo e lo impari). Purtroppo dopo un tot di tempo l’operazione diventa stressante ed infruttuosa: non si impara la grammatica e non ci sono mai spiegazioni sulle regole. In sostanza è il processo di apprendimento del bambino. Ma anche lui, prima o poi, dovrà essere indirizzato e gli dovranno essere insegnate le regole, gli errori, la profondità di una lingua. Se così non fosse non esisterebbe il sistema scolastico! Quindi, mi dispiace deludervi, ma lasciate stare questo programma e fate attenzioni ai corsi che promettono miracoli: forse imparerete qualche vocabolo o costrutto, ma mai e poi mai una lingua (la qual cosa non vuol dire parlare come un bambino di 2 anni, ma ben altro).
Non è quindi in questa maniera che si impara una lingua straniera: è con sacrificio, studio, esperienze all’estero e anche predisposizione personale, molta predisposizione.
