The Ruter app gives you full mobility in Oslo and Akershus. Find all departures and get around with public transport such as trams, metro, buses and ferries. Select your preferred modes of transport, find the best routes and buy your tickets – all in one app.

We have fixed a few bugs and made a couple of technical improvements, which should make the app a little bit better. Thank you for giving us feedback - and for using the app!

wonderful app

very effective and easy way for buying tickets and checking the time table. excellent work. well done ruter!

Please fix the bugs cause the app doesn't works anymore: it is impossible to open it!!!!

Not for Italians

Somehow the app does not include Italian as possible users!!! In the page on registering your phone there is not Italian code number. Surely a usefull app but not for italians…. V v wierd

Regrettably, we have encountered issues related to foreign phone numbers and logging into the app. Additionally, please refrain from requesting the code multiple times in quick succession, as this may disrupt the network and cause delays in receiving the code. We recommend waiting for a brief period and then attempting again.

If the issue persists, you can still use the app and purchase a ticket without logging in. However, we strongly advise saving the ticket number in a secure location for future reference. In the event of any app or phone updates, having the ticket number readily accessible will allow us to assist you promptly. Alternatively, physical tickets can be purchased at our office near the central station
