Instabile
Anche se presente la rete internet e non ci sono problemi di connessione molto spesso l’applicazione si apre ma resta con lo schermo vuoto. Menù disponibile ma inattivo. In pratica non è utilizzabile.
Schermo
Da questi pochi giorni di uso quotidiano dalla log a call al quick order, ho la sensazione che sia al momento più indicato uno schermo da almeno 17 pollici. Poi chiaramente rispetto al crm si vede tutto. Nota negativa spesso passando da opportunità a new event non hai collegamenti sempre e poi sei costretto a cambi continui di sezione. Credo che uno
Schermo ampio risolverebbe parte dei disagi; ovviamente andrebbe provato un device da almeno 17 per avere un feedback da un consulente o più .
Questa non è una app
È semplicemente un collegamento ad un browser le app di gestione sono un altra cosa. Manca di dinamicità e semplicità nel suo utilizzo. I tasti creati per un pc anziché un tablet o uno smartphone, i continui aggiornamenti, il dover riaprire il cliente senza poter passare da una pagina all’altra, la mancanza della consultazione di un catalogo con immagini senza doveva in modalità ordine, cosa che crea ordini fittizi da dover rimuovere in continuazione (sembra strano ma i prezzi non li sappiamo a memoria)e così via... attendevo tanto questa novità, una gran delusione.
