Buonasera,
Abbiamo installato la videocamera ipCamera 355 e pur impostando l’applicazione su modalità Luce Bianca dopo pochi minuti l’impostazione varia da sola su Smart Color, lasciando costantemente accesa la luce bianca della telecamera (che noi vorremmo spenta). È possibile che si tratti di un bug dell’applicazione?

Videos on the Cloud and Motion Recording
After the latest update on Jan 2023, there is still the problem with the files recorded in the Cloud. They are visible as a list, but the App crashes when you try to open it.
Furthermore, all my cameras are no longer recording videos after detecting a motion, while they had been working perfectly before this update.
Additionally, the customized name of the camera that is sending notifications is no visible anymore. What the message displays is the first 3 characters of serial number.
I really hope these bugs can be fixed soon since I’m seeing the same overall situation getting worse every time a new update is released.

Le telecamere si collegano solo quando sono sotto rete Wi-Fi (e non sempre).
In LTE o 3G non funziona proprio.
