Useless app for long distance
They advertise that their products could be used remotely from a distance with their app but is completely FALSE. First of all, it does not work, it connect with your partner but the toy do not respond to your commands, it stay dead. Then, even if it worked, you cannot control heat, you cannot use patterns, you cannot do anything but turning it in and off and allegedly (because it does not work) control vibration intensity if just one motor. Now they will reply to contact their customer service but it is useless, is the app designed to not work. Do not buy their products if you are into a long distance relationship, their are useless.

The following options are available for video calls:
Surrender Control - current user relinquishes control to his or her partner.
Swap control-current user asks for control of a partner's Satisfyer App Device.
Sync Option-current user controls both his Satisfyer App Device and that of the Partner.
