Corrected issues that prevented specific feats from being selected.
Adjusted the rate at which notes are saved to prevent data loss.
Fixed an issue preventing certain notes from being edited.
Fixed an issue preventing note sections from updating after adding new notes or deleting blank ones.

In pratica è possibile solo fare pg di lvl 1, per il resto devi pagare. Non ha il minimo senso tenerla sul cel dopo il primo giorno di campagna
