Description
Kyms is an inviolable vault that allows you to hide and encrypt multimedia files, documents, passwords and much more with military grade security (AES Encryption).
Kyms is the only App on the Store that decrypts files in real time, without any waiting! By tapping on a video, for example, it will start immediatly and the decryption will continue in background.
With KYMS you can hide, encrypt and protect:
- Photos: includes also an editor with thousand of effects
- Videos: non standard formats too (Flv, Avi, Wmv, Mkv etc.) ALL DECRYPTED IN REAL TIME WHILE WATCHING!!
- Documents: Pdf, Text - can be created and edited -, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, etc.
The KYMS Premium package, available as in-app purchase, lets you hide and encrypt also:
- Contacts: you can import your phonebook contacts or create new hidden contacts.
- Tasks: with expiration date and three priority levels.
- Cards: Credit cards or any other type of cards, with enhanced barcode reader.
- Recordings: You can also record audio files while your device screen is locked.
- Any paper document: thanks to the multipage scanner with automatic page detection.
The media can be imported from:
- Device photo library: select multiple items by dragging your finger and remove them from library automatically after import (iOS 8 is required).
- Device Camera
- iTunes: using USB cable or iTunes WiFi sync
- Your Mac or Pc through WiFi: by using a standard desktop browser and dragging files on it
- Web: Thanks to the integrated multitab browser with background download capabilities

- Panic Gesture: Put your hand on the screen or close the smart cover to log out immediately (not supported on iPod and iPad1)

Assurdo che non legga i .gif e animazioni
L’app non è nemmeno fatta male ma assurdo che non legga i file animati e le gif o meglio che le trasformi in immagini statiche importandole. Tutti i programmi simili le leggono. E ho anche comprato la versione completa per 3,99 euro. Soldi buttati! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
alcune cose da migliorare
Tre cose che ho notato fino ad adesso che si possono migliorare:
1) quando importo e seleziono più foto da un album non le tiene in ordine ne di data ne di come le seleziono, diciamo che le mette alla ca**o, ho dovuto riordinare manualmente più di 60 foto poiché nella consultazione era importante per me averle in ordine cronologico
2) se per esempio faccio uno screenshot devo prima salvarlo in libreria e poi andarlo a spostare perché l’app non è presente nel menu condividi
3) capisco che codice + touch id sia molto sicuro ma dovreste darmi la scelta... solo codice, solo touch id o entrambi, nel mio caso solo il touch id sarebbe più che sufficiente
Ben fatta
Buona app per nascondere le proprie foto, la differenza rispetto a tante altre sta nel poter impostare un PIN per "visitatori" se si è costretti a sbloccarla e che permette di accedere ad un archivio secondario. In pratica ci sono due gallerie nascoste ognuna con il suo pin! Fantastico.
Si riesce ad usare anche free se si è disposti a tollerare le pubblicità di 5 secondo, ma visto il prezzo vale l'acquisto.
Buononil browser integrato e la funzionalità per creare vari album all'interno. Separa in automatico foto e video, peccato non si possa disabilitare la cosa qualora volessimo tenerli insieme. Altra critica che faccio è la funzionalità di presentazione (slideshow): peccato si possa solo scegliere il tempo di transizione e non se usare uno scorrimento sequenziale o randomico! Sarebbe una bella feature da inserire, almeno per le versioni a pagamento.
Si possono anche salvare informazioni personali e delicate come documenti, carte di pagamento e contatti, per un ulteriore livello di sicurezza.
La consiglio!
E consiglio agli sviluppatori di implementare lo slideshow shuffle :)
