App migliorata
Mi sembra che questa nuova versione (non così diversa dalla prima) abbia però risolto una serie infinita di piccoli bag e problemi. Decisamente migliorata!
Aggiornatevi davvero
Sono secoli che vorrei un aggiornamento ma VERO! Vedere gli sconti disponibili per la tua card dall’app oppure quando ti arriva la mail con un codice assurdo che possa entrare direttamente nell’app. Prodotti disponibili nel tuo store reali. Foto swatches decenti. Trova prodotti aggiornato. Chanel non si può mettere nei preferiti. Anche l’acquisto avrebbe bisogno di essere sistemato, prodotto disponibile ma non me lo fa inserire nel carrello oppure si ma poi mi dice di cancellarlo. Sempre trovato quest’app un casino. Ora leggendo le recensioni ho paura a fare l’aggiornamento, aspetterò e se tutto ciò che ho scritto sarà stato fatto cambierò recensione. Per ora considerando che SEPHORA è un negozio a livello mondiale enorme che sta importando tanti brand stranieri dovrebbe davvero rendere quest’ app imbattibile come anche i confezionamenti. Ogni volta che ordino online prodotti in polvere qualcosa mi arriva rotto!
Non trovavano il mio ordine
Ho ordinato attraverso il sito ed ho fatto arrivare la consegna presso il punto vendita sito nel centro commerciale ELNÒS. Mi è arrivata la mail da Bartolini dove venivo informata che la consegna era andata a buon fine ma da Sephora nessuna comunicazione. Mi sono recata al negozio per chiedere info. Non vedevano il mio ordine. Alla fine mi hanno detto che la procedura non è corretta in quanto non posso ordinare e fare recapitare in negozio quindi mi chiedo perché il sito permette di farlo?
Seconda esperienza negativa: Volevo acquistare un fondotinta e una volta deciso il colore la commessa mi dice che non si legge il numero e visto che in negozio era terminato, avrei dovuto andare a tentativi sul sito e ovviamente se sbagliavo colore non avrei potuto restituirlo.
