Description
SkillPASS is an industry competency management scheme for verifying the competency of workers in energy, resources and other high risk industries.
SkillPASS enables workers to provide proof of competency to comply with company, project and regulatory requirements with the aim to minimise the risk of untrained personnel carrying out any work.
One SkillPASS card contains proof of competency to work in multiple roles across multiple worksites.
Management of an individual’s records and skills sets, training and competencies, along with the production, distribution and control of SkillPASS cards are provided through safety management software.
SkillPASS meets the highest privacy and data storage standards. SkillPASS is strictly managed through business protocols backed up and only accessible to authorised users to ensure information is secure. All data is hosted in Australia.
All identification and competency information on SkillPASS is verified by stringent business processes to ensure that the data has high standards of integrity. Documentation is assessed by independent parties and overseen by SkillPASS Administration.
