Smart HR is an indispensable tool for HR; it is reliable yet affordable application not just for an HR Manager, but for each employee in the organization. Smart HR will become an essential tool of Human Resource in the organization and it aims at creating true paperless work environment. Employees can Request Leave and other kind of applications and can track the progress of their requests . Other Features include Leave Announcement Board , Leave Balance and Employee Profile and Employee attendance information and hr manager can review and approve all employees applications.

Sometimes app accesses the employee location in the background (only if the subscribed organization requests this feature) and only during the company’s official working hours , in order to ensure the employee’s presence within the organization's scope of work. Once the employee ends working time , the application stops accessing the employee’s location.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
