No Load after mandatory transferred on this app!

Smart App is not working anymore and since I transferred on this new App GigaLife several things are not working anymore:
First of all my load is not transferred in this new app, second is no possible to buy load online, also considering I'm actually abroad, plus, is not possible to receive and send load from/to my relatives and friends because is not contemplated in this new App!
It was much better the Smart App comparing this very limitative new App!
Things should be changed to improve not to get worst!
Hope it will resolved soon!

I still remark that this app doesn’t allow to reload mobile number of my other friends having same carrier!!
The previous app was much better!
Smart seems is getting worser for real needs like this!!
Please resolve this important issue considering there are also people abroad whom needs to be reloaded from other Smart numbers!!

No LOAD Balance in my App

Even before the migration of My Smart App to the new Giga Life App on March 30, 2021, my load balance does not show up. At least a week before, sent a PM to Smart and still no reply. I even reloaded 50 pesos via my credit card and still my load balance is zero.
