Notification bugs
As it is not possible to buy cross-borders tickets I used the app to be notified of delays and cancellations. However the notification does not come until the train arrive time, which is the same like going to the station and realise there is an issue. Moreover when I look for details of the notification I get an error message in the application.
A true disappointment
This App is a good example of design failure, with no link at all with the real needs of customers. Unfortunately is the official NMBS/SNCB App.
