Ottima applicazione! Veloce, intuitiva e in totale sicurezza. Uso spesso il loro servizio delivery e gli ordini sono sempre arrivati in perfetto orario. Consiglio vivamente a tutti!!!
Non molto affidabile
Mi dispiace doverlo dire ma la app non è affidabile. Faccio l’ordine, la carta viene addebitata ma sulla app sembra che non sia andato a buon fine. Esce messaggio di errore che dice di riprovare. Chiamo il ristorante che dice di non poter fare nulla. Dopo un po’ arriva una mail che avvisa che l’ordine è andato a buon fine, intanto sulla app il carrello non è stato svuotato e l’ordine appare “appeso”. Richiamo il ristorante che mi dice che l’ordine è arrivato.
Ah, dimenticavo che per due volte ho mandato il messaggio per richiedere assistenza, prima di poterlo fare ho dovuto inserire tutti i miei dati (assurdo), e anche i messaggi non sono andati a buon fine, entrambi spingendo invio si sono cancellati.
Sarà il caso di provare a risolvere questi semplici problemi tecnici? Grazie!
