Di tanto tempo sto cercando una app che funziona bene questa è molto buona e gratis
Delusione
La mia delusione viene dal fatto che l’app non si può neanche provare. Quasi da subito viene la richiesta di fare l’abbonamento. Allora i 7 giorni di prova gratuita è una presa in giro? Credo che se si parla di una prova gratuita di 7 giorni, questi 7 giorni dovrebbero essere rispettati e la richiesta dell’abbonamento dovrebbe venire alla scadenza del periodo di prova. Non trovo molto onesta questa impostazione. Forse si spera che qualche utente, magari anche insoddisfatto del prodotto, si dimentichi di disdire l’abbonamento prima della scadenza del settimo giorno e così i 43,99€, che non sono neanche pochi, vengono prelevati perché si presuppone la volontà dell’utente di usare l’app. Peccato perché è fatta bene ma questo trucco non mi piace.

Ehi, c'è un periodo di prova di 7 giorni in cui puoi valutare la nostra app. Una volta scaduto il periodo di prova e il piano di abbonamento diventa attivo, l'account viene addebitato automaticamente. Puoi comunque annullare l'abbonamento in modo che non si rinnovi per il prossimo ciclo di fatturazione.
