Descrizione

Room Kiosk is an interactive digital sign for meeting rooms and workspaces which display today’s schedule for that space and allows instant reservations and check-ins. Using the touchscreen interface, reservations can be made, checked in and out, and time extended, and visually indicate the status of the meeting room. Each Room Kiosk sign comes delivered with the necessary hardware, system software and application necessary for full function. The client’s employee, room and floor plan information will be loaded into the Tango Reserve platform, the instance configured, and then made available for use through the digital sign.

Collaboration and productivity rely on readily available interfaces and ease‐of‐ use. Keep users using your systems by providing this simple, powerful, just‐in‐need interface outside each space that needs management and measurement. By providing an interactive interface just outside a conference room, users can more quickly find an available space or more easily check into a space they have previously reserved. No need to log into a web browser or knock on the door or squat and hope the room is available.
