Only you need to have a TapChat, whoever you want to share your card with dont need any app, device or anything else than their phone.

TapChats is free to use forever, but you might choose to go with TapChats Premium! Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account and cannot be canceled once activated.
