Tatmeen is a Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) Track and Trace solution in UAE to enable the traceability of pharmaceuticals using serialization with GS1 standards.

Tatmeen Portal, Tatmeen Mobile App, or B2B (system to system) communication via APIs are the three channels through which Supply Chain entities that are part of Tatmeen scope, can communicate events information for the medicines.

5. Addition of Inner Quantity in Product Verification:
- Enhanced product verification details.
6. System Update for 2D Barcode Acceptance:
- Capability to process 2D barcodes with manufacturing dates.
7. Handling of Expiry Dates in 2D Barcodes:
- System enabled to accept barcodes where the expiry day is indicated as “00”.
