The TAXILINK application offers another means for ordering a taxi, in addition to the traditional way of placing an order with a dispatcher, providing a better overview of vehicle availability and helping users avoid having to wait on hold for the call center.

TAXILINK tips:
a) TAXILINK will always find you the nearest taxi and you don't have to wait outside, instead you can track your taxi’s arrival on the map. We help you to set your pick-up and drop-off location even if you don't know the exact address.
b) TAXILINK will show you the cost of the ride and arrival time upfront and you can choose between different payment types – you can even pay with a credit card, so you don't need cash anymore.
c) You can pre-book your trip.
d) You can see your driver’s picture and rate your driver after the trip.
e) You'll receive a summary of your trip to your e-mail address.
